Batulicin, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Batulicin Immigration Office, Tanah Bumbu District, South Kalimantan, presested passport services (eazy passport) at the Kotabaru Public Service Mall (MPP) in Kotabaru.
"This is a strategic step to bring immigration services closer to the community quickly, easily, and efficiently," said Head of Batulicin Immigration Office Ferizal here on Friday.
He said the presence of passport services at Kotabaru MPP was the result of synergiy between Batulicin Immigration Office and the District Government of Kotabaru.

This initiative, he said, makes it easy for citizen to access passport services without having to travel far to the immigration office in Batulicin.
During the first two days, passport services ran smoothly and orderly with high publich enthusiasm. Dozens of passport application were served according to service standards.
"This service is part of transformation of public services based on collaboration between agencies, as well as real manifestation of bureacratic reform implementation in immigration services," he said.
According to Ferizal, passport service presence at Kotabaru MPP also highlighted the role of immigration as an intitution that is adaptive, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the community.
