Kotabaru, South Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Kotabaru Legislative Council (DPRD) Speaker Suwanti stated her support for the regional medium-term development planning (RPJMD) 2025-2029 at the development planning meeting (Musrenbang).
"The planning must be guided by the long term regional development plan which has a duration of 20 years (2025-2045), which is a guideline for annual development planning in the regional development work plan document (RKPD)," said the council speaker after attending the meeting at the government office complex in Sebelimbingan, Tuesday.
She said as a regional development document, the 2025-2029 RPJMD contains vision and mission of development programs for five years.

It also must be guided by the Kotabaru District 2024-2043 regional spatial plan (RTRW).
It should also pay attention to the 2025-2029 national medium term development plan document, as well as the 2024-2029 provincial medium-term development plan and the 2024-2043 provincial spatial planning.
“We hope that with the 'Kotabaru Hebat' we can realize the independence of community and regional autonomy in a sustainable manner to realize equitable and just infrastructure development," she said.
She added that the realization of a great, harmonious, energetic, united, trustworthy and resilient Kotabaru needs to be supported by professional government officials.
